All products sold on our website are customized and 3D printed on a made-to-order basis. Due to this, all sales are final.

-No Returns / No Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason other than damage or manufacturing defects.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

-Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product is received damaged or defective.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

-Custom Product Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

-Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders must be prepaid before processing.
